Indian tech giants partner to drive innovation in AI, data analytics, and cybersecurity

Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), Metamind Systems Pvt Ltd, and Persistent Systems Ltd have announced a strategic tripartite Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at collaboratively developing and delivering advanced software products, solutions, and services. This partnership will primarily focus on high-growth areas such as Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Cybersecurity.
According to X Post, the collaboration intends to cater to a diverse range of sectors, including Aerospace and Defence, Healthcare, Telecommunications, Energy, Smart Cities, and other technology-driven industries. In addition to domestic opportunities, the alliance aims to explore business ventures in key international markets, including the United States (US) and Latin America (LATAM), highlighting their ambition for global innovation.
The MoU was formally signed by Durga G.K., Executive Director (Software) for BEL; Hrishikesh Kinikar, Director of Metamind Systems Pvt Ltd; and Rajesh Gharpure, Chief Delivery Officer of Persistent Systems Ltd. The signing ceremony was attended by Manoj Jain, Chairman & Managing Director of BEL, and Rajnish Sharma, Director (Bengaluru Complex) of BEL, underscoring the importance of this strategic partnership.
